Dar Global and The Trump Organization have announced the development of Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai, marking a significant expansion of the Trump brand in the Middle East. The 80-storey skyscraper is set to become the tallest building on Sheikh Zayed Road, standing at 350 metres. Scheduled for completion in December 2031, the tower will introduce a new level of luxury living to the city.
The development will feature a Trump Hotel Dubai, offering five-star accommodations, and branded residential units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The highlight of the project is the two bespoke four-bedroom sky-pool penthouses, inspired by the iconic Trump Tower penthouse in New York. These residences will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the Burj Khalifa, combining opulent interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass windows to provide an unparalleled living experience.
Central to the development is The Trump Private, an exclusive members-only club that will offer curated experiences in wellness, gastronomy, and leisure. This addition aims to cater to Dubai’s most discerning clientele, providing a private sanctuary within the city.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, expressed pride in expanding their presence in the region through this collaboration with Dar Global. He emphasized that the project exemplifies their commitment to excellence and luxury, aligning with Dubai’s dynamic growth and global appeal.
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, highlighted the significance of the project in enhancing Dubai’s luxury market. He noted that Trump Tower Dubai will contribute to elevating the city’s skyline and reputation as a global beacon of excellence and sophistication, attracting a global audience seeking distinctive luxury living.
This project marks the third collaboration between Dar Global and The Trump Organization, following successful developments in Jeddah and Oman. The partnership underscores the growing influence of the Trump brand in the region’s luxury real estate sector.
